Each status on a request, a client, a retention row, a rights request, a breach incident and your plan is listed here with what it means.

A request in the Requests list

A client in the Clients list

Each client's row shows how many of the items you asked them for are in, such as 3 of 5 received. Items are the documents and written answers across your requests to them. The cards at the top of the list filter by the same count.

CardWhich clients it holds
All receivedEvery item you asked this client for is in.
Part receivedSome of the items are in.
Nothing yetNone of the items are in.

A client you only asked for consent shows Consent pending, Consent given, Consent declined or Consent not given instead of a count. Such a client counts under All received once they consent, and under Nothing yet otherwise.

Its rows read delete in n days, past its date · confirm deleted, declined · delete in n days, declined · confirm deleted, withdrawn · confirm deleted and relationship ended · confirm deleted.
