Home shows what is waiting on you: complete sets of documents ready to process, links closing soon, who has sent what, and the latest activity.

Home opens with a band that counts the complete sets of documents Ready for you to process. Choose Open the first one to go to the first of them. Beside it, three counts show the links Closing within 3 days, the people Partly in and your Open requests.

Under Where things stand, each person on an open request has a card. The card shows the request, the person and how many of the items asked for have come in. The tabs All, Ready, Partly in, Nothing in and Closing soon filter the cards. Each tab shows the first 8 cards, and the rest are on Requests.

What's been happening lists the latest 5 events from you, your team and your clients. Choose See all to open Activity. Documents in charts the documents that arrived this week, from Monday to Sunday.

Banners appear above these only when something needs attention. One asks for your grievance contact until you set it. One counts client requests waiting for your answer. One warns of a breach with a letter still unsent. One counts the deletions coming up in the Retention queue. The breach and retention banners appear only for people whose role covers them.

A new account first shows a welcome card with Create your first request. A role without access to requests sees only the pages its role opens, as Not in your role explains.
