Notifications are what needed you and are yours alone, Activity is what you, your team and your clients did, and the Audit trail is every event on record.

The three lists sit under one page, Activity, as the tabs Notifications, Activity and Audit trail.

What else it hasAn unread count, and Mark all as readMine and EveryoneA number on each entry, and a chain that stops any entry being edited or deleted

Notifications are the same items the bell shows. An item turns read when you open it. Some of them also reach you by email, either at once or in your daily summary.

On Activity, a switch at the top decides whose events you see. Mine shows events on requests you created. Everyone shows the whole account. Until you choose, admins start on Everyone and other roles start on Mine. Your choice is remembered in your browser.

The audit trail is the only one of the three that records what people looked at. It is also the only one you can export.

For example

Farhan Qureshi sends part of what Amaltas Deshmukh & Co asked for. The colleague who created the request gets a notification. The upload shows on Activity and on the Audit trail. Later a colleague opens one of Farhan's documents. That view shows only on the Audit trail, as Document viewed.
