Mine shows only the work that began with a request you created, and Everyone shows the whole team's, on Requests, Clients and Activity.

The switch is a filter on the list. It does not change what your role may open.

Admins start on Everyone. Every other role starts on Mine. Your last choice is kept in your browser and applies to all three lists, so a change on one carries to the others. It is not carried to another browser or device.

On Requests and Clients, when Mine is chosen and you have created nothing, the page says so and offers a button to show everyone's.

For example

Amaltas Deshmukh & Co has two admins and one member. One admin creates a request for Anita Deshpande. The request is listed under Mine for that admin and under Everyone for the other admin and the member. On Clients, Anita is listed under Mine for the admin who created the request and under Everyone for the others.
