Requests lists your requests, newest first, in five lists.
| List | What it holds |
|---|
| All | Every request |
| Needs attention | Open requests where at least one link is still live and unfinished, with the one closing soonest at the top |
| Expired | Open requests where every link has run out and someone never sent their part |
| Complete | Open requests where everyone has sent their part |
| Closed | Requests you have closed |
Mine and Everyone filter the list to the requests you created or to the whole team's. A request you cannot find may be under the other one.
The lists hold up to 200 requests: every open request still waiting on someone comes first, then the newest of the rest. An older request beyond that is not in any list. The search on Home still finds it.
To search, type into Search a request or a person. The search matches part of a title or part of a person's name, and capital letters do not matter. It searches only the list and the Mine or Everyone choice you are on, so a request in another list does not show. If nothing matches, choose Clear search and filters and try again from All.
You can also search from Home. It starts at two characters and looks across the whole account. It lists clients, requests and documents under their own headings, five of each. A client is found by name, phone number or email, a request by its title and a document by its file name. A client or a request opens when you choose it, and a document is listed by name only. On a phone, the search icon at the top of any screen opens the same search.
