Say who it is for.
Type the person's name with an email or phone number, or pick a client you already have. Add more people to the same request if you need to: each gets their own link, and their consent is recorded against them alone.
Say what it is for.
Pick the purpose of the collection: onboarding a client, a tax filing, a loan file, a claim. Everything that follows hangs off that purpose. A request cannot be created without one.
List what you need.
Documents (a PAN card, a bank statement) and typed details (an address, a policy number) in the same request. Start from a template that already fits the job and edit what differs, or build it from scratch.
Say how long you will keep it.
A fixed period, or for as long as the relationship lasts. Where a law makes you keep records after the work ends, add that stage with its basis. Set once, here, and honoured for you later.
The notice writes itself.
From the purpose, the items and the retention you set, the notice your client will read is composed for you: what is collected, why, for how long, their rights, whom to contact. You see the exact page your client will open, as you type. You never draft a notice.
Send it your way.
Copy the link, open it pre-written in your own WhatsApp with one tap, or let us email it. Your firm’s name is on every message the client gets, and your name and logo are shown on the page they upload to. Choose how long the link stays open: 7, 14 or 30 days. Reminders run on their own until every item is in: by email to your client when we sent the link, a nudge to you when you sent it yourself.
