01 · TRYING IT3 QUESTIONS

Nothing stops on day 31. You keep full use of your account for 15 more days, with a reminder on screen and by email. After that, the account is suspended for 15 days: upload links stop working, no requests can be created, and rights or retention cannot be acted upon. You can sign in only to pay, or to download everything you hold, documents and evidence. Until the suspension ends, paying restores your account exactly as it was. If the suspension ends without payment, your data is erased and its keys are permanently destroyed. More details: /docs/account-suspended.

No. Sign up, use the full plan for 30 days, and add a payment method only when you decide to stay.

Yes. The 30 days run on whichever plan you pick, with every feature and no limits that the paid plan does not have.

02 · PAYING5 QUESTIONS

No. Every price on this page is plus 18% GST. You get a GST invoice for every payment.

Nothing, apart from what you pay. The plans are the same. Our standard billing is annual, and the annual price is the price. The monthly plan exists as a flexible option for firms that would rather not commit for a year, and it costs more over a period of twelve months.

Plans are non-refundable. If something has gone wrong, write to us at [email protected] and we will see if it warrants an exception.

Cards, UPI, net banking and wallets, through Razorpay. Plans renew on their own when a mandate is set up (a card, UPI Autopay or an eMandate); without one, you renew by a one-time payment, early if you like. Net banking, wallets, EMI and pay later work for one-time payments only. A mandate can be cancelled any time before the renewal date.

03 · PLANS5 QUESTIONS

You are prompted to upgrade as soon as you add a member beyond your plan's limit. On Solo, that is when you invite a second person. On Firm, when you invite an eleventh. The number of documents or clients never changes your plan.

There is no document limit on any plan, and no per-document charge. Above 10 lakh documents on file we review how the account is being used and discuss with you whether a different storage arrangement is needed. Nothing stops and nothing is deleted.

Yes. Within Firm you can have up to 10 people, added or removed whenever you like, at no extra cost per person. Institution has no limit on people.

04 · DATA5 QUESTIONS

In India, on AWS in Mumbai. Every document, receipt and record stays in the country. The keys that encrypt them are held in AWS Key Management Service in Mumbai as well.

Yes, at any time and on any plan, from Settings. You can download everything your firm holds, documents and evidence together, or the evidence on its own. You can export your content a maximum of 3 times within a 7-day window. If a download fails and you run out of attempts, write to support and we will reset the limit for your account.

Never on our own, and never for marketing. A mail goes to your client from our domain only when you trigger it: a request link, a consent link, a reminder, or a renewal request. The one exception is the receipt: when your client finishes an upload or gives consent, they can enter their email address to have the receipt sent to them. Every one of these mails goes out under your firm's name, marked as sent via Confidential Dispatch on your behalf.

No. Your documents and records are not shared with, sold to, or read by anyone outside your firm.

Our Data Processing Addendum is part of the Terms of Service and is accepted with them at sign-up, so there is nothing separate to sign. It is published at /dpa for your records.
