Open Rights in the menu. On a phone it sits in the account menu. Home also shows a bar that links to it while any request is open. The page needs the Answer rights requests switch, which admins and members have by default. A role without it cannot open the page. See permissions by role.
The Open tab shows the number of requests under Waiting on you. The rows sit in three groups: Past the 90-day limit, Due within 7 days and Later. Each row shows:
- The kind of request: a copy, a correction or deletion.
- Your client's name and the request it is about.
- The day your client asked, and whether it came through their rights link or you recorded it.
- The day your answer is due, as described in how long you have to answer.
A deletion row also shows how many items are on file, or how many documents you hold yourself. A correction row shows your client's own words under What they asked to change.
The buttons depend on the kind of request:
A client has one open request of each kind for each consent. If they ask again while one is open, the app refuses and their link shows the open one. After you answer, they can ask again.
The Register tab lists every answered request and every withdrawal, newest first. An answered request shows who answered, the date and your reason if you declined. A withdrawal shows whether your client made it through their rights link or you made it for them. A request you record from a client's folder appears here with its clock counted from the day you enter.
