Read what your client asked you to change, correct their name, phone or email in their folder if that is what they asked, then choose Mark done on their row in Rights and confirm.

A correction request made through the rights link carries your client's own words. They appear under What they asked to change on the row in Rights. A request you recorded from the folder has no words.

  1. 1 On Rights, read what your client wrote, then choose their name on the row. Their folder opens.
  2. 2 Choose Correct their details.
  3. 3 Change Full name, Email or Phone, and choose Save the correction.
  4. 4 Back on Rights, choose Mark done on the row, then Yes, it is corrected.

The app changes only those three details. It refuses a change that would leave your client with neither a phone nor an email, and one that uses a phone or email another of your clients already has. The trail records which fields changed, as fingerprints and never as values. See correcting a client's details.

The app has no screen to change a written answer or a document your client sent. For a correction of that kind you can choose Decline and give a reason, or choose Mark done once you have dealt with it yourself.

The row moves to the Register tab. Your client's rights link then shows the request as done, as described in what your client sees after you answer. The app does not check that the correction was made. Mark done records your confirmation against your name.

Correcting details needs the switch for correcting a person's details. The Answer rights requests switch depends on it, so any role that can answer here can correct. See permissions by role.
