Your first 30 days are free with every feature on the plan you picked at signup, and when they end you have 15 more days of full use to choose a plan before the account is suspended.

Your account starts with 30 free days on the plan you picked when you created it. The day you sign up is day 1.

Every feature is open to you during the free days, and you can collect any number of documents. The one limit is seats. The plan you picked decides how many people can have an account in your firm. If every seat is taken, the Team page offers a bigger plan for the rest of the free days at no charge. The offer only goes up, from Solo to Firm or Institution, or from Firm to Institution. You cannot move while automatic renewal is set up for your current plan.

You can pay during the free days and keep them. Open Plan & billing and choose your plan. The first charge for the plan falls on the day after your last free day.

We email everyone whose role has the Plan & billing switch twice. The first email comes 7 days before your last free day and the second the day before it. A firm that has already set up payment gets neither.

If the free days end and no payment is set up, nothing stops that day. The plan pill shows Payment due and everything works for 15 more days. After that the account is suspended for 15 days, and then it is deleted. What happens if you stop paying lists each step. Choosing a plan at any point before the deletion ends the suspension at once. The paid plan then runs from the day you pay.

For example

Amaltas Deshmukh & Co creates its account on 1 July 2027 on Firm. Its last free day is 30 July 2027, and the two emails arrive on 23 July 2027 and 29 July 2027. If Amaltas Deshmukh & Co chooses a plan on 10 July 2027, the first charge falls on 31 July 2027. If it chooses nothing, the plan pill shows Payment due from 31 July 2027 and everything works until 14 August 2027. The account is suspended on 15 August 2027 and deleted on 30 August 2027.
