No, nothing in a deleted account can be recovered, but you can create a new account with the same email address.

An account is deleted when its suspension of 15 days ends with the plan still unpaid. Deleting it destroys the key that protects your documents, so every copy becomes unreadable, including any inside our backups. The documents are then removed. Every client's name, phone and email, every answer they gave and the details of your firm are erased. Nobody can sign in to the account, and every link you sent to a client stays unavailable.

  • ✗Documents, answers and client details cannot be recovered.
  • ✗Paying after the deletion does not bring the account back.
  • ✓A record that the account existed and was deleted stays, with the fingerprints of the documents and none of their content.
  • ✓We keep your tax invoices.

The email addresses of your team are free again. You can create a new account with the same address. It is a new account, and it starts empty.

Before the deletion day, an Admin can download everything you hold from Plan & billing while the account is suspended. What happens if you stop paying gives the dates.
