The count starts on the day your plan ends. For a paid plan that is the day after its last day. For the free days it is the day after your last free day.
| Stage | Lasts | What you have |
|---|
| Payment due | 15 days | Everything works as before. |
| Suspended | 15 days | Only people with the Plan & billing switch can sign in, and only to pay or, as an Admin, download your data. |
| Deleted | Permanent | The account and everything in it are gone. |
During Payment due a plan that was paid before shows an amber Payment due banner on every screen. It names the last day of full use and the day the account is suspended. A person whose role has the Plan & billing switch can open Plan & billing from the banner. Everyone else is told to ask your admin. After the free days the plan pill carries the same words and there is no banner.
We email everyone whose role has the Plan & billing switch four times. The first email comes on the day the plan ends. The second comes 7 days before the suspension. The third comes on the day of the suspension. The fourth comes 7 days before the deletion. If an automatic renewal charge fails, the first email says so.
Paying at any point before the deletion ends the stage you are in and restores everything. A paid plan paid for during Payment due runs from the day your last plan ended, so the days you already used are counted. A different plan or billing cycle chosen with Change plan runs from the day you pay. A plan paid for after the free days, or after the suspension begins, runs from the day you pay. Renewing your plan is the same for a plan that ended or one about to end.
For example
Amaltas Deshmukh & Co pays for a monthly plan on 1 July 2027. The plan's last day is 31 July 2027, and the banner appears on 1 August 2027. Everything works until 15 August 2027. The account is suspended on 16 August 2027, with emails on 1 August 2027, 9 August 2027, 16 August 2027 and 24 August 2027. If it is still unpaid, the account is deleted on 31 August 2027.
