You start with 30 free days, then pay for a plan with seats that suit your firm, and Plan & billing is where you renew, change plan, find invoices and see what happens if a payment stops.

Everything about your plan is on one page, Plan & billing. Open it from the menu under your email address at the bottom of the side rail. Only a person whose role has the Plan & billing switch sees it. Admin always has it, and you can give it to your accountant alone. Every price is the cost plus GST.

The free days

A new account has 30 free days on the plan chosen at signup, with every feature included. The three plans differ in seats and price, and each active person and each pending invitation uses a seat.

Paying

Choose your plan during the free days or after them. You give the details for your tax invoice and approve the payment in the Razorpay window. You can change those details later. We bill firms in India only, as billing outside India explains.

Renewing

A paid plan can renew by itself. Automatic renewal is set up when you pay and can be turned off at any time. If it is off, renew by hand before the plan's last day.

Changing plan

A bigger plan and annual billing start today, and you pay the difference. A smaller plan and monthly billing start only when your current plan ends.

Invoices

Every payment gets a tax invoice, emailed to you and listed on Plan & billing. GST is CGST and SGST when your state is Maharashtra and IGST otherwise.

When a payment stops

A failed automatic charge or a plan that ends unpaid starts the same count. You have 15 days of full use, then a suspension of 15 days, and then the account is deleted. What happens if you stop paying has the dates. Plans are non-refundable.

For example

Amaltas Deshmukh & Co creates its account on 1 July 2027 on Firm, so its last free day is 30 July 2027. On 10 July 2027 it chooses Firm annual at ₹49,000 + GST. The first charge falls on 31 July 2027. The total is ₹57,820, with CGST of ₹4,410 and SGST of ₹4,410, because Amaltas Deshmukh & Co is in Pune. The plan runs to 30 July 2028, and we email it on 23 July 2028 to say it renews on 31 July 2028. If that charge fails, the account shows Payment due from 31 July 2028 and works fully until 14 August 2028. It is suspended on 15 August 2028 and deleted on 30 August 2028.
