We issue a tax invoice with every payment. It is emailed to everyone whose role has the Plan & billing switch, with the PDF attached. Admin always has that switch.
To find an invoice later, open the menu under your email address at the bottom of the side rail and choose Plan & billing. The Invoices card lists every invoice, newest first, with its Number, Date, Period and Amount. Choose Download on a row for the PDF. The card appears once your first invoice exists. Only a person whose role has the Plan & billing switch can open it.
Each invoice carries the name, address and GSTIN from your billing details as they were when you paid. A change to those details applies from your next invoice, and invoices already issued never change.
Every price we show is the cost plus GST, for example ₹49,000 + GST. The window you pay in shows the plan for one period, the GST (18%) and the total. The total is the amount charged, and the invoice splits that amount back into the cost and the tax.
The tax depends on the state in your billing details. When a valid GSTIN is entered, its state is used. If that state is Maharashtra, the 18% is charged as CGST 9% and SGST 9%. In every other state it is charged as IGST 18%. A GSTIN is optional. Leave it empty if your firm is not registered for GST.
For example
Amaltas Deshmukh & Co, in Pune, pays for Firm monthly on 1 July 2027. The cost is ₹5,999 + GST. The GST at 18% is ₹1,079.82 and the total charged is ₹7,078.82. The invoice shows CGST of ₹539.91 and SGST of ₹539.91. For a firm billed to Karnataka, the same total carries IGST of ₹1,079.82.
