There are three plans that differ only in seats and price, and each active person and each pending invitation uses one seat.

Every plan includes every feature and unlimited documents. The plans differ in seats and price. Every price is the cost plus GST.

Annual billing costs less than twelve months of monthly billing on every plan. You choose the plan and the cycle when you pay.

Each active person uses a seat, and so does each pending invitation. A person you have disabled does not use a seat. An invitation stops using a seat when it is revoked or expires. When it is accepted, the new person uses the seat. The Team page shows Seats as the number used out of the number your plan allows.

When every seat is taken, inviting a colleague is refused and nothing is sent. Re-enabling a disabled person takes a seat too, so it is also refused. During the free days the Team page offers a bigger plan at no charge. On a paid plan, move to a bigger plan from Plan & billing.

A plan whose seats are fewer than the seats you use cannot be chosen. The payment window says how many seats your firm uses and how many the plan allows. Disable members or revoke invitations on the Team page, or choose a larger plan. A smaller plan starts only when your current plan ends.
