You can move up while you have a paid plan that is running. A bigger plan on the same billing cycle starts today and keeps your end date. During the free days there is nothing to pay. When every seat is taken, the Team page offers a bigger plan at no charge. Only a person whose role has the Plan & billing switch can change the plan.
- 1 Open the menu under your email address at the bottom of the side rail and choose Plan & billing.
- 2 Choose Change plan. The window lists the plans you can move up to.
- 3 Select a plan. The window shows Your adjusted amount: the bigger plan for the days left in your period, less the unused part of your current plan, then the GST (18%) and the total payable today.
- 4 Choose Continue.
- 5 Check your billing details, then choose Continue to payment.
- 6 In the Razorpay window, approve your card, your UPI app or your bank mandate.
The plan changes when the payment is confirmed. Your invoice is issued with the payment and says which plan you moved from.
If automatic renewal is running, your renewal date stays the same. The difference is charged in the window, and the next renewals charge the bigger plan. If your card or bank will not set up automatic renewal for the bigger plan, the window offers Pay the difference once, without automatic renewal. Automatic renewal then ends and you renew by hand.
For example
Amaltas Deshmukh & Co pays for Firm monthly on 1 July 2027, so the plan's last day is 31 July 2027. On 17 July 2027, with 15 days left, it moves to Institution. The window shows Institution for the 15 days at ₹5,805.97, less ₹2,902.74 for the unused part of Firm. The subtotal is ₹2,903.23, the GST (18%) is ₹522.58, and the total payable today is ₹3,425.81. Institution starts on 17 July 2027, and the plan's last day stays 31 July 2027.
