Choose Change plan on Plan & billing, pick the annual option for your plan or a bigger one, and pay the annual price less the unused days of your current month.

You can switch while you have a paid monthly plan that is running. The annual plan starts today and runs for one year from today. It can be your current plan or a bigger one. Only a person whose role has the Plan & billing switch can change the plan.

  1. 1 Open the menu under your email address at the bottom of the side rail and choose Plan & billing.
  2. 2 Choose Change plan.
  3. 3 Select the annual option for your plan or a bigger plan. The window shows Your adjusted amount: the annual price, less the unused part of your monthly plan, then the GST (18%) and the total payable today.
  4. 4 Choose Continue.
  5. 5 Check your billing details, then choose Continue to payment.
  6. 6 In the Razorpay window, approve your card, your UPI app or your bank mandate.

The switch happens when the payment is confirmed. Your invoice is issued with the payment and says which plan you moved from.

If automatic renewal is running, it carries on from the annual plan's new end date. The monthly renewal is cancelled once the payment is confirmed. If your card or bank will not set up automatic renewal, the window offers Pay the difference once, without automatic renewal. Automatic renewal then ends and you renew by hand.

Switching to annual billing on a smaller plan than your current one waits until your current plan ends. Annual to monthly also waits until your plan ends.

For example

Amaltas Deshmukh & Co pays for Firm monthly on 1 July 2027, so the plan's last day is 31 July 2027. On 17 July 2027, with 15 days left, it switches to Firm annual. The window shows the annual price of ₹49,000, less ₹2,902.74 for the unused part of the monthly plan. The subtotal is ₹46,097.26, the GST (18%) is ₹8,297.51, and the total payable today is ₹54,394.77. The annual plan runs from 17 July 2027 to 16 July 2028.
