Open the request, find your client's row, and choose Copy link, the WhatsApp icon or the email icon, then send the link yourself.

Every person on a request has their own private link. You send it from your own WhatsApp, email or messages, so it reaches your client from you.

  1. 1 Open the request from Requests. Each person is listed with their contact and the date their link is valid till.
  2. 2 Find your client under Not sent.
  3. 3 Choose how to send the link.

Copy linkThe link is copied. You paste it into any message.Nothing
Send on WhatsAppWhatsApp opens with the message and link ready, addressed to your client.A phone number
Send by emailA draft opens in your own email app, addressed to your client. An email address

The WhatsApp message and the email draft say the same thing. They greet your client by first name, name the purpose of the request and list the items your client has not sent yet. They carry the link and the date it is valid until, and end with your firm's name via Confidential Dispatch.

Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp or in your email app. We record the tap, not the delivery, and we cannot see whether your client received it. After a tap the row moves under Sent and reads Sent with the date. The mark beside it shows who on your team sent it.

The buttons work only while the request is open, your client has not finished and the link has not ended. They also need the Create and send requests switch on your role. Without it, Copy link is not shown and the icons are greyed out. If the link has ended, issue a new one.

The link does not change until you issue a new one. You can send the same link again whenever your client loses the message. Each tap counts as a send when we work out your client's reminders.

If you would rather we email the link, see what sending via us means.
