Choose Send to all via Confidential Dispatch on the request page, pick a mode and confirm, and we email every person nobody has sent a link to yet.

  1. 1 Open the request. Under Not sent, choose Send to all via Confidential Dispatch.
  2. 2 Read the dialog. It says how many people the email will reach, and it names anyone left out.
  3. 3 Choose Send now and remind them or Send once. The choice applies to everyone in this send.
  4. 4 Choose Yes, send to all. By confirming, you instruct us to email these people on your behalf.

The send reaches a person only when all of these are true:

  • ✓Nobody has sent them their link yet, neither you nor us.
  • ✓Their link has not ended and they have not finished.
  • ✓An email address is on file.
  • ✓The request is open.

Anyone whose link was already sent, by you or by us, is listed under Sent and is not included. A person you gave a new link comes back under Not sent and is included.

When everyone is reached, a short message says how many people we sent to. When someone is not, a message under the heading says who and why. The reasons are no email on file, a person who has asked us not to email them, an email that could not be sent, or an email still waiting in our queue. For the first three, send that person's link yourself.

The button is greyed out when nobody can be emailed. When some of them cannot be emailed, a line beside it says how many of the people under Not sent it reaches. It is also greyed out without the Create and send requests switch on your role.

To choose a different mode for one person, use the paper-plane icon on their row instead. It is explained in what sending via us means.
