Under Who it goes to, enter each person's full name and an email or a phone, and choose Add a person for every further person, up to 50 on one request.

Each person on a request gets their own private link. Two people never share one.

  1. 1 In the request builder, find Who it goes to.
  2. 2 Enter the person's Full name. It needs 2 to 120 characters.
  3. 3 Enter an Email or a Phone. One of the two is required, and you can enter both.
  4. 4 Choose Add a person for each further person. The Enter key on the last complete row also adds a row.
  5. 5 To remove a person, choose the cross beside the row.

A phone number can be written with spaces, dashes or brackets. An Indian mobile number has 10 digits and starts with 6, 7, 8 or 9. A number from another country needs its country code, starting with a plus. The builder shows what is wrong under the field.

Two rows with the same phone or the same email are refused. Each person gets one link per request. If the person is already one of your clients, you do not have to type their details again. Pick them from your records instead.

One request holds up to 50 people. Once you have 50, the builder says so and points you to the request page. There you can add more people one at a time while the request is open.
