No, only people signed in to your firm's account can read it, and the database returns a firm's records only to that firm.

Every read of your clients runs under your firm's identity, and the database limits it to your firm's records. The database applies this limit to every query, whichever screen asked. Another firm's account cannot return your clients.

Your own clients see only their own record. The rights link on a receipt opens the one consent it belongs to, and nothing about your other clients.

Inside your firm, the list is open to people whose role holds the See requests, clients and documents permission. Admins and members both hold it by default. A person without it sees Not in your role in place of the list, and an admin can change what a role may do.

Mine and Everyone at the top of the list only change which clients you are shown. A colleague with the permission can open any client's folder, whoever created the request.

The list can also be downloaded as a file. Only an admin can do that, and the permission cannot be given to another role. Each download is recorded in your audit trail.
