Your clients' documents stay in encrypted storage in Mumbai, and a few outside services handle limited parts of your account, each named on this page with what it receives.

We host Confidential Dispatch on AWS in Mumbai. Your clients' documents are encrypted with a key of their own, and that key is wrapped by a key for your firm under AWS KMS. AWS's own infrastructure carries SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications.

AWS, Zoho ZeptoMail and Cloudflare are the sub-processors named in our Data Processing Addendum, which also says how we tell you about a change. Razorpay handles your billing data, not your clients' data.

When you choose the WhatsApp or email button on a request, your own WhatsApp or mail app opens with the message ready. You send it. We do not send it for you.
