A full export stays open for 7 days, each part can be started 3 times, evidence downloads have no limit, and if a download fails you contact support to reopen it.

A download counts when it starts, whether or not it finishes. The export card in Settings shows how many starts are left on each part. A part with none left shows Downloaded in place of its buttons. When every part is used up, the card says Next export opens and gives the date the window ends. After that date, your next documents download starts a new export with the documents you hold by then.

If a download fails, choose the same button again. Each try counts. When the 3 on a part are used up and you still do not have the file, contact support and say which part failed. We reopen your export after we confirm the request comes from your firm. The window and the counts then start again. Your audit trail shows Export limit reset by Confidential Dispatch support.

You can always download the evidence again, whatever the state of the documents. The full export page explains how to start one.
