An admin opens Settings, finds Export your data and chooses Download beside Evidence only, which has no limit on downloads.

Only an admin sees the export card. While your account is suspended, the same card is on Plan & billing.

  1. 1 Open Settings and find the Export your data card.
  2. 2 Beside Evidence only, choose Download.

You get a zip of the evidence folder with a manifest and a README. The export contents page lists the files. The README explains how to check any file yourself.

Evidence-only downloads are not counted against the download limit. They do not start the 7-day window of a full export. You can download the evidence as often as you like. Each download is recorded on your audit trail as an export entry.

The record tables are cut at one moment. With no full export open, that moment is the time of your download. While a full export is open, it is the moment that export started. The proof chain and your anchors always run up to the time of your download.

The evidence carries your clients' names and contact details and the answers they typed. The zip is not password protected, so anyone who has it can open it. Keep it the way you keep the original files.
