Only people at the firm who are signed in to its account and whose role allows it, because no screen in Confidential Dispatch opens your documents for our staff or for anyone holding your link.

The firm decides who sees your documents. A person at the firm can open them only after signing in to the firm's account, and only when the role the firm gave that person includes seeing documents. Each time one of them opens or downloads a document, the firm's own audit trail records who did it and when.

Nobody else can open them through the page you used. The page only receives. It never shows what was sent, not to you and not to anyone else who holds the link. While you are on the page, it lists the names of the files you added in that visit and nothing more.

We store your documents encrypted, in India. No screen in Confidential Dispatch lets our staff open a firm's documents.

A document the firm downloads is an ordinary file on the firm's own device, outside our service.

If the page you opened said that nothing is uploaded, the firm already holds your documents or collects them itself. It keeps them in its own records and we store none of them. We then hold only the record of your consent.

The notice names the firm's grievance contact, and that is who to ask about how the firm handles what it holds. What happens to your documents after you upload them covers how long it keeps them.
