The email is the address you sign in with. It is also the address we send your confirmation link to. The link to reset your password goes only to that address.

To raise it with us, contact support.

  1. 1 Open the menu behind your name, at the bottom of the left sidebar.
  2. 2 Choose Contact support.
  3. 3 Choose A question about using it, and write what you need.
