Under Invited, not yet joined on Team, choose Resend to send a fresh link or Withdraw to cancel the invitation.

Only an admin can see and manage pending invitations. They sit in the People card on Team, under Invited, not yet joined. Each row shows the email address, the role, the date it was sent and the date its join link expires.

Resend

Choose Resend. We send the same invitation again with a new link. The earlier link stops working, and the new link works for 7 days from now. The row then shows Sent again with the date. The role stays the same.

Withdraw

  1. 1 Choose Withdraw.
  2. 2 The row asks Withdraw it? and says the join link stops working at once. Choose Yes, withdraw, or choose Keep it.

After a withdrawal the address can be invited again. A withdrawn invitation no longer takes a seat.

When nothing was done

An invitation that nobody uses within 7 days expires and leaves the list. Send a new one with Send invite in the invite card.

If your colleague joined in the meantime, Resend and Withdraw answer that the invitation is no longer pending.

You cannot change the role on an invitation. To give a different role, withdraw it and invite the person again. The person who receives it accepts the invitation from the link.
